At Bella Fusion we love our products and we know you will too. But we also know sometimes life happens. Permanent jewelry is permanent in the sense you don't remove it, but it is not indestructible. It's meant to be dainty. And therefore can sometimes be stretched or broken. We stand behind our products and you can be 100% confident when you shop with us. If the chain breaks at the jump ring we will repair the chain. If it stretches or breaks at the chain we will replace the chain for free in most circumstances.
What is permanent jewelry
Permanent jewelry is welding or "zapping" a chain closed rather than a clasp. You pick out a chain, we connect the two ends of the chain together with a tiny matching metal ring. We then weld or "zap" the ring closed and voila! You have a permanent jewelry piece.
Does permanent jewelry hurt?
Nope! Not at all. It's quick and painless. For extra precautions we place a small leather patch between your skin and the jewelry.
Can I remove my permanent jewelry?
Absolutely! Simply cut at the jump ring with a regular pair of scissors. If you need to remove for any reason including medical procedures, you can stop in anytime to have it reattached for free!
What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?
Because permanent jewelry is worn constantly it is exposed to the elements 24/7. With exposure to air, chemicals, and skin sometimes the jewelry can tarnish or dull. You can clean your permanent jewelry just like you would anything else. Simply use a soft toothbrush and mild soap or your favorite jewelry cleaner!
Is there anything I should avoid with permanent jewelry?
Certain things like pools, hot tubs, perfume, or spray tans may affect the color of your jewelry. While we know sometimes these things are unavoidable, take care to clean your piece thoroughly when you are done.
