Frequently Asked Questions

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a chain that is welded or "zapped" on rather than a clasp. You pick out a chain of your preference, we connect it together with a tiny ring called a jump ring, and then we weld the ends of the jump ring together. It's quick and painless.

Who shouldn't get permanent jewelry?

Children under the age of 13 and people with pacemakers should not get permanent jewelry. Children can be high energy! Because of this there is an increased risk the jewelry could get caught on something and cause injury. Also the spark from the welder is not recommended for people with a pacemaker.

 What does the warranty cover?

At Bella Fusion we want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied. If your chain stretches or breaks, we will repair or replace it for free. We do not cover lost chains or charms. If the chain falls off please hold onto it until you can get in for repair.

What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?

Caring for your permanent jewelry is a lot like caring for your regular fine jewelry. The only difference is it should be cleaned more often. You can generally do this with a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Occasionally however a stronger cleaner might be needed. You can use your favorite jewelry cleaner if this is the case. Certain chemicals may interact with the metal. Things such as hot tubs or pools, and perfumes or lotions. Ever air overtime can affect them. Please  take care to clean your jewelry often to avoid this. If you have any issues don't hesitate to contact us.
